According to a filing made to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 10th, 2017, the firm sold 4,928,000 shares on the exchange at an average price of HKD 9.35 per share on October 6th (total consideration was ~US$5.9m). Following the sale, Buena Vista’s stake in China Maple Leaf decreased from 6.00% to 5.64%.
