GIC, one of the three reserves management entities in Singapore, has recently published its 2018 annual report; you can download/read a copy here. The report contains sections on the portfolio distribution, intermediate performance markers, an overview of how the portfolio is managed and a feature article titled “Asia’s growing importance in the global economy and financial markets.”
Chris Wright, the Asia editor of Euromoney, has already spent some time unpacking the results and portfolio positioning. If you want a quick summary, I recommend reading his write-up here. If of further interest, also see his exclusive interview with GIC’s CEO Lim Chow Kiat from back in May.
