Scottish Oriental Smaller Companies Trust have published their semi-annual update for 2017. You can download and read it here. The report provides a general update on their current thoughts and views, insights about existing holdings and changes to the portfolio over the period. It’s a little long, but an excellent read overall. I particularly enjoyed the section on how they think about debt in the context of their portfolio holdings (pages 2-4 of the report).
